1. Before using an eyeliner, remove sebum from eye contours with powder or an eye shadow.

2. Twist for enough lead to come out and then draw from the eye head parts as if filling in mucous in accordance with the eyelash lines.

3. Gently draw from the eye ends and naturally draw the bottom line from the eye ends to the center.

4. If the pencil lead lumps, use the sharpener built in on the back of the container to sharpen it.
